Fisher, president of Mary Fisher Design, beat out finalists K. Dawn Blackledge (Aerostar Environmental Services Inc.) and Melissa Hong (Visual Solutions).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Franchisee of the Year went to Maggie Deese of Allstate Insurance.
